Russ has been involved in business, finance and tax for the past 40 years. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University in accounting and business. After working in public accounting, Russ was involved in private accounting with a midsized manufacturing business in Minneapolis for the past 35 years. He retired as CEO/CFO in 2006 and has returned to public accounting and tax consulting. He brings extensive experience from the business perspective to tax preparation. He prepared both business and individual returns for the past tax year. He is a past president of a trade association and has served on the board of the largest international woodworking machinery and supply trade show in North America. Russ is married, enjoys travel and fishing at his lake cabin as well as being a grandfather to six wonderful grandchildren.
